Visual

Bright deep ruby red.

Palate

 Well structured, with round tannins and a spicy finish.

Nose

Elegant aromas of red fruits and spices.

Winemaking

The mixed grapes (Mourvèdre, Carignan, Cinsault) are co-fermented with Grenache to fix the colour and the tannins. The Syrah is vinified separately with maceration that lasts 3 weeks, for colour and aroma extraction. Controlled temperature fermentation. Aging for 9 months in stainless steel tanks and wooden tronconic vats.
