Winemaking

Separated vinification for each grape variety, fermentation in steel tanks with temperature controlled. Maturation: 12 months 225 Lt French oak barrels. Refining: 12/18 months in bottle. Unfiltered.Low sulphite. Organic / Biodynamic.
