Visual

Bright lemon, with green hues.

Palate

Mineral, harmonious and fresh, elegant, with balanced acidity.

Nose

Complex nose with notes of stone, elderflowers, citrus fruits, sage, and mint.

Winemaking

6-8 hours of maceration, followed by fermentation at a constant temperature of 20°C in stainless steel. Matured on fine lees for 6 months, 50% fermented and matured on lees in large oak barrels.
