Visual

 Pale lemon with golden hues.

Palate

Elegant, with a fresh, persistent and intense aftertaste.

Nose

Delicate but complex bouquet, with mineral notes and aromas of peaches, ripe pear, citrus, floral accents and herbaceous (tomato leaves, basil, pepper, Mediterranean herbs)

Winemaking

Hand-picking of the selected grapes. Fermentation in contact with skins of berries (maceration) for 4 days in 4,000 Litre conical oak barrels (tino). Softly pressed with pneumatic pressure. Maturation for 15 months in 3.500 Litre oak barrel. Maturation in bottle for at least 4 months.
