On the palate, distinct sweetness and lively acidity. Eternally long finish in which sweetness and acidity play with each other.

Nose

Opulent aroma of tropical flowers, peach jam, sultanas and orange zest.

Winemaking

Hand harvest and gentle whole grape pressing. Fermentation 100% in stainless steel tanks and aging on fine lees until bottling in March 2022.
