Palate
Vibrant and expressive on the palate, the wine reveals its freshness and vitality which together lead to a long and persistent finish.
Nose
Enveloping bouquet with intense aromas of nectarines and yellow plums, notes of acacia flowers and fennel on a balsamic background.
Winemaking
After a thorough selection, the hand-picked grapes are de-stemmed and gently pressed in a pneumatic press. The must is clarified by flotation to ensure greater aromatic purity and then fermented at 10°C in stainless steel tanks for approximately 30 days. After fermentation, the wine remains for 3 months on fine yeasts in the stainless steel tank. Aging for 6 months in stainless steel tanks and about 15% in 225 l acacia wood barrels.
