A complex and captivating bouquet, with notes of cherries, cotton candy, violets, and blood oranges, is completed by notes of rust accompanied by delicate aromas of agarwood.
The grapes were destemmed and gently crushed then transferred into stainless steel vats where alcoholic fermentation took place at a controlled temperature, with maceration on skins for 10-14 days. After malolactic fermentation, the wine was transferred for aging into oak barrels.
