Palate

Elegant, a good balance between the mouth-watering texture and the rich tannins, fresh acidity, with warm and velvety finish.

Nose

Intense aromas of black cherries, licorice, blackberries, and aromatic herbs. Subtle mineral notes.

Winemaking

Wild yeast ferment. No pressings are used in this wine. Kept on lees for 10 months in previously used French oak barrels.
