Visual

Clear and bright straw yellow.

Palate

Pronounced mineral character and long finish with notes of honey.

Nose

White flowers and fruity notes are aromas reminiscent of white-fleshed fruit and citrus.

Winemaking

Mechanical harvesting. Direct pressing, cold decantation. Controlled temperature (16-18°C) fermentation in the tank. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation completed and matured on fine lees from November to April—filtration before bottling.
