Visual

Intense golden yellow.

Palate

Thin but oily texture, with an elegant acidity dominated by fruit, revealing a vibrant present and promising a bright future.

Nose

White fruits, hazelnuts, and other nuts orchestrate an aromatic profile without traces of tertiary notes or evolution.

Winemaking

The grapes are destemmed and, after passing through the sorting table, are carefully crushed. After brief contact with the skins, they are gently pressed in a vertical press to extract their full aromatic potential. The juice is then decanted and fermented in a 9,400-liter concrete vat at 10°C.
