Visual

Bright pale yellow.

Palate

Round and mineral with a long finish.

Nose

Complex, fine, and fruity aromas reminiscent of white-fleshed fruit and citrus.

Winemaking

Natural yeasts. Direct pressing, cold settling. Controlled temperature (16-18°C) fermentation in the tank. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation completed. Matured on fine lees from November to April. Filtration before bottling.
