Visual

Pale yellow.

Palate

Rich, complex, with an almond aftertaste. 

Nose

Elegant aromas of minerals, and stone fruits, with floral hints of chamomile, elderflower, citrus notes.

Winemaking

Hand-picking of the grapes. Fermentation: 30% in barriques(new or once used), 50% in large casks, and 20% in stainless steel on selected yeasts. After 6 months of maturation with periodic bâtonnage, the part in barriques is transferred into stainless steel and, in September, the final blend is created with the other two lots of wine. In November, the wine is bottled and continues to mature for another 6 months before being released onto the market.
