Visual

Ruby red with purple hues.

Palate

Elegant and silky, with ripe forest fruits, sour cherries, chocolate, and spicy notes. Balanced, with a velvety, pleasantly spicy and long-lasting finish.

Nose

Delightful aromas of blackberries, blueberries and vanilla, combined with hints of spices and violets.

Winemaking

Manual harvesting. Cold fermentation on natural yeasts in opened fermenters, no pressing for this wine. Kept on lees for 15 months in French oak barrels, 35% new and 65% used.
