Visual
Pale yellow with greenish reflections.
Palate
Classic, fresh, and precise, with pleasant density. It has intense aromas of ripe fruit and almonds, with delicate notes of oak and smoke.
Nose
It has intense aromas of ripe fruit, citrus, apples, lemon, almonds, and roasted hazelnuts, with mineral notes and good freshness.
Winemaking
The grape juice is left to sedimentate for 12 hours (débourbage) in stainless steel tanks. It is then fermented in barrels (20-30% new) with natural yeasts and batonnage. The final Cuvée will be stored in large stainless steel tanks until bottling.
