Palate

Elegant, velvety, the perfect balance between acidity and texture. A seamless integration of the best of both varieties, the richness of Shiraz filling out the power of the Cabernet Sauvignon in this blend as dark chocolate, blackberry, and adding spices and mineral notes. Spectacular and persistent aftertaste.

Nose

Deep aromas of blackberries combined with hints of chocolate, black currants and mineral notes.

Winemaking

Each variety was fermented separately and blended prior to bottling. Aging for 15 months in French oak barrels, 100% new.
