Visual

Deep ruby red.

Palate

Full-bodied and well-structured, with intense black fruit aromas and silky tannins.

Nose

Blackberry and plum aromas, and notes of sweet spices and tobacco.

Winemaking

Stainless steel wine-making at controlled temperatures. Fermented and macerated for 18-22 days. Aged for 14-16 months in small and large French oak barrels (80% to cycle II, 20% new).
