Palate
The wine is seductive, rich, and charming in taste, with a hint of smokiness, herbs, and slate that follows ripe and juicy fruits.
Nose
Creamy with beautiful notes of butter and tropical fruits such as pineapple, guava and mango.
Winemaking
Product from hand-selected grapes, affected by botrytis, harvested late. Lightly pressed and slowly fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel containers, the wine retains its acidity and brilliant purity. A short maturation on fine yeast adds texture, resulting in a concentrated yet elegant Auslese with the minerality of Mosel and sweetness.
