Visual

Bright light yellow.

Palate

Mouthwateringly fresh and bright, with a medium body, tangy acidity and a long, zesty and dry finish.

Nose

Lemon, apple blossom, lime curd and white peaches on the nose. Some lime sherbet too.

Winemaking

The grapes are harvested, and sorted by hand, then up to 3 hours of skin contact, fermented in a steel tank exclusively, about 4 months on the fine lees till bottling.
