Visual

Bright yellow.

Palate

 A structured wine, well balanced between mineral and acidity, on almond. A fine and balanced wine.

Nose

An elegant, assertive nose, on white flowers and citrus fruits.

Winemaking

Gentle pressing and cold settling, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation using indigenous yeasts. Aged on fine lees until spring and kept exclusively in stainless steel tanks to preserve the wine’s freshness, fruitiness, and aromatic expression.
